How can I adjust my shipping schedule or skip a shipment?

Step 1: Login to your Cloud Paper account

Step 2: Click on “Manage Subscriptions”

Step 3: Under Subscriptions, Click on “Edit” for the subscription you would like to update

Step 4: If you'd like to update your specific ship date, you can do so by changing your "Next Shipment Date." You can update your default shipping schedule by selecting "Shipping Schedule" and selecting any number of days, weeks, or months you would like. Please note that if you change your shipping schedule, your date will be automatically pushed out. We recommend saving the “Next Shipment Date” last to make sure your order gets delivered exactly when you need it to!
