If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us at [email protected]! We will provide postage for returns of our 80-roll boxes of toilet paper and 40-roll boxes of paper towels. We do not take returns for our smaller boxes at this time but ask that you donate our rolls to a shelter or organization of your choice.
